1. Parties and Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website www.labobinx.com (the "Site") and all hardware, software, and services ("Products") related to the xRoute Smart RV Control System developed by Labobinx. By accessing the Site or purchasing/using our Products, you declare that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

Company: Refers to Labobinx and its authorized representatives.
Product(s): Refers to xRoute smart caravan control tablets, xSafe, xBattery, smart leveling sensors, cable grouping (harness) systems, and their associated software/applications.
User/Customer: The natural or legal person who visits the Site or purchases the Products.

3. Product Use and Installation (Important Warnings)

Professional Installation: xRoute caravan automation systems and electrical wiring products involve systems carrying high currents (12V/220V). The Company strongly recommends that the products be installed by authorized and experienced caravan manufacturers or certified electrical technicians.

User Responsibility: The Company cannot be held liable for any short circuits, fires, damages, or data losses in the caravan or hardware resulting from incorrect DIY installations, use of wrong cable cross-sections, reverse polarity connections, or overloading the system.

Safety Sensors: Safety (gas and fire) sensors like xSafe are early warning systems. The presence of these devices does not eliminate the necessity of applying standard safety procedures (regular gas leak checks, ventilation, etc.) inside the caravan.

4. Warranty Coverage and Returns

All xRoute hardware is covered by a standard 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects starting from the delivery date.

Damage to the product due to liquid contact, physical impact, improper installation, unauthorized intervention, or natural disasters is out of warranty scope.

Return processes are accepted within the legal periods specified in consumer laws, provided that the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. Return conditions for custom-made cable harness orders may vary.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including the xRoute brand name, logos, UI/UX screen designs, software codes, product photos, texts, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Labobinx and is protected by international copyright laws. It cannot be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. Software and Updates

The Company may occasionally release software updates containing performance improvements, new features, or security patches for the xRoute tablet interface and mobile application. The User is obliged to install these updates to ensure the stable and secure operation of the system. The User is responsible for any performance issues arising from updates that could not be completed due to a lack of internet connection.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages (such as loss of profit, trip cancellation, etc.) that may arise as a result of the use or inability to use the products (for example, inability to establish remote control due to a lack of internet connection at a campsite).

8. Right to Modify

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, its product portfolio, technical specifications, or pricing at any time without prior notice. The changes made shall be deemed valid from the moment they are published on the Site.
